The property was everything we expected it to be. The neighborhood was quiet and neat. We definitely recommend this property to anyone who visits the Grafenwohr area.

The property was conveniently located, nice quiet location. Plenty of space for what we needed. Loved the nature trails that were close for early morning runs/walks. Highly recommend.

Great layout on the second floor. It is all on one elevation which was nice for getting around and not having to go up and down stairs once at the property. O3 was very clean and spacious. We stayed 2 nights and would be good for longer stays.
