We loved staying at this beautiful home. It was perfect for a 9 person family getaway.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a group of 10 of us. Tje host was easy to communicate with. She patiently, answered all of this crazy, high maintenance, groups questions. The house fit us all. Check in and out was very easy. Josie made our vacation that much more enjoyable not having to worry about anything in the house. If this is your destination, this is a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Sooke! It was a group of 9 adults. Overall we found Josie’s place to be in a good location that was easy to find and near to all the sites you’d want to see. The space itself featured comfortable beds, enough kitchen supplies to make robust meals for a larger group with comprehensive spices and cooking tools. We also enjoyed the sauna although we found it wasn’t quite hot enough for some of our guests who enjoy a more intense experience. One downside of our stay was that one of the bedrooms had a carpenter ant issue which made that room unusable during our stay. We notified Josie right away and she was apologetic and very responsive. She sent someone to spray the room the following day which did help. She was prompt in dealing with the issue but it was an unexpected issue with the stay that did impact our vacation. Overall we had a great time in Sooke and the house was a good location and layout for a large party stay.

Beautiful location and lovely set up. We rented the entire house, which offered us a lot of privacy. Kitchens were nicely set up with all the dishes one could want. Comfortable beds . . . and a fantastic view!!
