We had a great 4-day stay! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located to enjoy Seaside and the beach. It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We would happily come back!

So pretty. Great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been to seaside many times through the years and it is always a great time! Regarding the property, I think it could use a little refurnishing, but we had everything we needed. The stairs and the ladder going to the loft were a bit hard to get up and down. The master bath could have been a little larger, it was cramped in there. The only con to the trip was we were told we’d get 10% off since we were a returning customer. We were not informed it was only 10% off a certain portion of the rental and were stuck with covering the rest. I wish homeowners collection would have taken responsibility for not communicating that and covered it but they were a bit rude about it and we as the customer had to eat the cost... Aside from that they were very friendly during our stay. Overall, Seaside is always a 10/10 and I will definitely be back!
