Location:
The townhouse is located in a quiet area near the city center. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach and the pedestrian zones.

Size:
Approx. 100 m². Sleeps up to 5 people.

Amenities:
The house underwent extensive renovations in early 2016, including new flooring in all living areas, a new kitchen, and new living room furnishings.

The first floor consists of a spacious living room (30 square meters) and an open-concept kitchen
equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and an oven. Underfloor heating, a flat-screen TV, a telephone, and Wi-Fi are available.
The house also has two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed, which opens onto the stairwell.
The two large bedrooms also have a TV.

A shower room (with washer/dryer) and a bathroom with a tub are available.

Pets are allowed by arrangement.
There is a parking space right next to the house.








Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival
