Two beautiful vacation apartments were completed in the spring of 2009 and furnished by the owner with great attention to detail. Both vacation apartments are located next to each other, and each can accommodate up to 6 people, making it a great option for two families who know each other to spend their vacation here together.

The rental price is based on an occupancy of 4 people. For any additional guests, a fee of €15 per day will be charged for each person. The house can accommodate a total of up to 6 people.

Location
In the seaside resort of Lubmin, in a very small vacation complex and close to the Greifswald Bodden. The nearest major town is Greifswald.

Amenities
Beautiful, comfortable vacation apartment with TV and central heating. Living room with seating area for 6 people and a built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, electric stove, and refrigerator. 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (which can also be pushed together), and 1 bedroom in the attic with a double bed. 2 bathrooms; the upstairs bathroom has a shower. Terrace with seating.

Boat- Information

The owners provide their guests with a cabin boat (requiring a license) for a fee. This boat can be reserved at the time of booking. The boat is moored at Marina Lubmin, approximately 1.5 km from downtown Lubmin, where there is also one free parking space for the renter. The renter is responsible for the fuel for the rented boat.

Arrival- Information
Upon handover of the vacation rental, the landlord will collect a security deposit of 100 euros, which will be refunded if the unit is returned in proper condition upon departure.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Important Note for Corporate Customers



If you book this accommodation as a company, you must ensure that full payment for the service is made before your employees arrive, otherwise the owners will not provide keys to your employees.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 06:00 to 10:00.
