Beautiful home (very roomy)and property. Host was very welcoming, quick and easy to talk to. Was too hot to enjoy the hot tub but will try next time with cooler weather.

Great place easy to deal with. Clean and everything you might need. Host was great with communication.

I was in town to do a 24hour race at Maryville College and it was extremely convenient. The house is very spacious the rooms and beds are very comfortable.

This location was so beautiful and the rooms were nice and big, the beds immensely comfortable. I will say though we went to see the Volunteers play, that was the only thing we were coming to do. The sole reason we stayed in this house was to be able to use the hot tub. Unfortunately there were no instructions inside the house on how to use it. When I texted the host (very late in the evening) she responded the next day. While we were at the game, the host sends instructions on how to use the hot tub. (The buttons were also not readable from wear and tear) So we never had to opportunity to even use it. I would have appreciated it if, like I stated if the instructions were inside the house, or even if they came with my hosts ‘Welcome’ message. Everything else was great. It was a waste of our money though because we couldn’t use the hot tub.
