It was amazing. I brought my 12-year-old out to let her see how beautiful it is before we make our big move close by!

The workers at the property were all wonderful, helpful, and attentive. Reached out to the PM, Jay with questions prior to my arrival but received no response. The listing states provided toiletries and basic kitchen wares. There were no toiletries and cookware was beyond minimal. All of the advertised paddle boats were broken and there is a giant hole at the pool simply cautioned off. I would still stay here again as it is obvious the staff is working on fixing things regularly. The playground is awesome. My biggest issue in the end was the price. I paid 120. more than my neighboring guests who are not members and also booked through VRBO. I do not understand the extreme variance in rates.

The pool water was dirty and cloudy. The mattress was hard and possibly upside down since there was no padding at all when we removed the sheets. The playground is really nice and our son enjoyed playing there. The kids that live there kept leaving trash and clothing on the playground. Checkout is at 10 and the office opens at 10 on Sunday. A drop box would be nice for early checkout.
