Weekend stay at the beach with my wife.Very comfortable and quiet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This VRBO was excellent overall. I am thankful to have read previous reviews letting me know that furnishings and extras were limited. For example, no spices, games, books. It was not a problem for me to throw in a few extras from home to accommodate for this limitation. The location and amenities were great. I am thankful we were able to use the back gate to access the beach and we tried to be respectful of our neighbors that shared that back gate access.

The condo was clean and the location is great, nice being able to walk back and forth to the beach so easily. The amenities (pool, hot tub, basketball court, etc.) were a bonus for our kids. It was also nice that the condo we stayed in allowed our dog to come with us. It was the perfect last minute getaway. We had a great time, we would stay at these condos again.

It was easy to find all necessary things (extra blankets, towels, cooking utensils) and is easy access to the dune trails from the back porch. The master bed was really uncomfortable, and made it hard to get to and stay asleep. We ended up leaving a night early because the bed was so uncomfortable. The hideabed in the couch was more comfortable than the master! This was the only complaint, however. Thank you for the great Christmas memory and we will be back soon!
