Cosy 2 bedroom apartment with garden is perfectly located for easy access to all of London's attractions. Great for families and workers.
On the ground floor there is a living room, 2 bedrooms , kitchen & bathroom.
This apartment is a cosy functional 2 bedroom apartment with a double bedroom & a single size bedroom with bunk bed. It can accommodate up a maximum family of 5 (adults & children). Alternatively, it can accommodate a maximum of 4 individual adults.
The apartment is 12-15 minutes walk (5 minutes by bus) to Blackhourse Road Underground Station and Walthamstow Central Station. It is 15 minutes on the Victoria to the City centre ( Kings Cross or Oxford circus Station).

We booked this flat for our nine-day trip to London, and it was really all that we needed. It's a bit small if you have more than three people, but has just about everything necessary. It is in an excellent neighborhood, with two Tube stops no more than 15 minutes away by foot. There is also a bus stop at the top of the street, a two minute walk. There are local restaurants and grocery/convenience stores all over the place, so if you want to get food to cook in it is definitely easy to do. The owners respond quickly if you have any questions, making your stay worry-free.We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to London in the future.

The flat suited our purposes well. The garden is a bonus and the street quiet. It’s a vibrant area and we enjoyed ourselves.

The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and had all the facilities that we required. It wasn't a large apartment but was suitable for our needs.
Kitchen had all pots, pans, utensils etc. and the Wifi was fast.
Check in was very easy, the communication was good and the host was very reactive to any queries,
We thought the location was convenient for it was on a quiet typical London residential street but tube stations and buses were very close.
There is a large garden but we didn't use for it was a short stay.
It was really good value for London and would definitely stay again.
