- Beautifully appointed top floor of the main house
- 10 minute walk to town, the beach and the amazing Ericeira reserve
- Shared pool and outdoor shower
- Dedicated heat and air conditioning in all rooms
- Outdoor shower with hot water
- Work-friendly internet and Wi-Fi
- Some solar energy used at the property
- Recycling bins provided, with a suggested recycling policy for guests
- We will cover the daily tourist tax fee for your reservation but will require that you upload all guests' (13 years and older) passports or identification cards to the group chat to present to the local officials before you arrive.
- We will text you on your arrival date if your property is ready early
THINGS TO KNOW
- On a property with a guest house and possible downstairs ground floor guests but there is excellent insulation and noise between floors is minimal
- The bunk beds are designed for children under 12 years old
- Please note the limited seating for meals (5) at the table
- Dedicated but shared driveway parking for 2 cars and parking in front of the house
- The pool is not heated
- Light sleepers may hear the traffic on N247
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

We had a wonderful stay at your home! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. We truly felt at home and would love to return in the future. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Great stay! Comfortable beds, beautiful view, the reserve is stunning, biking was fun, easy access to the house and great local recommendations provided by Elle and Tim.
