We enjoyed our stay in Florence. The apartment is conveniently located. The kitchen is well-equipped. No issues with the internet or AC. Lucia checked if we needed anything a few times during our stay. We appreciated the step-by-step directions to get to the apartment. It’s on a secondary street. The good news is it is quiet. There are 46 steps to reach the front door which opens to a beautiful view!

The host Lucia was very easy to communicate with. It was easy to arrange the checkin and checkout processes. She and her husband were also prompt in helping me with a minor issue during the stay. The view from the kitchen and living area were lovely too, and the apartment is very conveniently situated. Fantastic stay!

Great location and exactly as expected.

Lovely, clean apartment with excellent location. Minutes away from the train station and yet felt safe and secure for those that don't know neighborhoods or are - like me - women traveling solo. Check-in process and host were easy to work with and the lovely person who met me with the keys very charming.I was in Florence as I was caught over a weekend in Italy for work - so wanted a place to relax, cook, drink a glass of wine, and do some quick basic laundry that was not a hotel. This apartment was perfect. Market just around the corner for food; wine store just around the corner for Barolo. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking basic meals. Bed was comfortable, and the AC/heat units worked well. I would absolutely return and recommend to friends.
