This place worked out well for our mini family reunion. Like a destination, some in our crew stayed there and enjoyed the views while others went site seeing. The kitchen was well appointed for 6 adults. The building security station seemed like a hotel lobby. Each of the security staffers was professional and polite. I was thrilled to stay in a converted mill residence. It has been on my bucket list.

3 high school friends and wives stayed in downtown High Point for the weekend. Excellent location, fantastic views all the way past Winston-Salem and Pilot Mountain to Virginia. Very spacious, plenty of room to stretch out, very nice kitchen. Bathrooms could use some updating but no complaints or issues. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent going back and forth to High Point University for my daughter’s graduation and the events leading up to it.

Beautiful spacious place to stay. As mentioned in another review, the bathrooms could use some updating, especially the master, but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay and the great views.
