This apartment is located in the Santa Marta area in Venice's Dorsoduro district. The old backyard of the commercial docks is now a vibrant university area and full of nice bars. It is positioned on the side of the canal of “Rio delle Terese” and near the “Ponte Longo di Santa Marta”. It is a garden apartment with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
