You’ll be staying in an energy-efficient home that was completed in early summer 2019. The ground-floor unit, “FeWo Am Teich,” was built to be wheelchair-accessible, featuring extra-wide doors and ample turning space in the bathroom and hallway. The upper vacation rental is particularly inviting for relaxation in the summer thanks to its huge sun deck. Both vacation rentals are new and modernly equipped. The vacation home is located in a quiet part of town very close to the town center—about 600 meters away—but also very close to the lake, about 400 meters away as the crow flies. Despite the proximity to downtown, you can always get out into nature quickly. Both apartments are smoke-free. However, smokers are welcome to smoke on the terrace, as not everyone enjoys the lingering smell of smoke of any kind. Likewise, for various reasons, pets are not allowed in either apartment, even though we do like animals. We look forward to your stay. Best regards, Regina and Michael Michalczak
