The staff made the entire stay enjoyable. They are genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful people, and management should appreciate how much of a difference they make. * Great location, around a 15–20-minute walk to the Old Town, with a grocery store directly opposite the hotel. * Free bicycle rental, which is a great way to explore the area and get to the beach.

Cleanliness of common areas, especially around the swimming pool. Empty cans and cigarette butts were left behind, and the area would benefit from more regular cleaning. The hotel has so much potential, and better maintenance would make a big difference. * The à la carte breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. The buffet was much better. * Although bicycle rental is free, some bikes are old and noisy, and the brakes on some don’t work properly. I’d happily pay a fee for well-maintained bicycles. With some improvements to cleanliness, breakfast quality and bicycle maintenance, this hotel could be even better.

The shower/bath was a little boy awkward... but I think I managed it by the end of the week!!!!! ;)) breakfast could have had a little more daily variety

The staff were really friendly and welcoming! The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and it had some great views. We only went in for breakfast once during the trip but it was very good and plenty of variety of food. There was a mart opposite which was very convenient too.

The room backed onto the main road so it was noisy at times, but it wasn't really an issue at all.

The wooden slats in the shower, it smelt like mould / had a damp smell
