Convenient to London city airport

The towels provided were very stale smelling

Staff were very responsive and helpful and accommodating! Bedroom was very clean and comfortable.

The bathrooms were very dirty and work was being done first thing in the morning in them so they were not usable on the floor I was on.

Some of the reviews I had read were really not good so I was a little worried but I can confirm 100% that any reviews less than 5* are very wrong. The accomodation was absolutely perfect in every way: location, easy to find, easy to get into, exceptionally clean, tidy, quiet and great communication from the host. We had very clean sheets and towels and not only the bedroom (which was roomy) but also the shower room and toilet were spotlessly clean. And it is a good safe area to walk from Custom House train station (only 5-10 mins walk). I would 100% recommend this, especially value for money. Extremely reasonable price. I would recommend this property without hesitation 🙏

Location. Close to underground service and walkable to the excel

The furniture in the room was broken. The shower was not clean.
