Great property, plenty of room, excellent facilities and plenty of bathrooms for large groups is always a bonus.
Clean and tidy throughout on arrival.
Bar area with pool table, dart board and seating was the perfect area for socialising, straight out onto decking area with hot tub and seating for those that wanted to.
Beautiful lounge with large TV & enough seating for all for the quieter relaxing times.
ONLY recommendation to improve would be that the mattress were not the comfiest and may be ready for replacing.
That said, it would not put us off booking again in the future.

Very good location
Excellent communication with host
Very clean
Was able to check in early
A slightly harder bed
The stairs area needed a hoover
The fuse box was beeping by the front door
(I know it can’t be helped) busy road outside and music playing until late

The apartment came with everything that you would need & more to enjoy a comfortable stay. It was right in the heart of matlock, next to a car park for your vehicle & close to all the local amenities. Would definitely recommend that you give this place a try
