Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great house for a family with teens. It was close enough to enjoy the area’s activities, but in a quiet neighborhood where the adults could relax. Having your own pool to relax in after a day in the sun was the best! The house was clean and well stocked.

The house was great for seven adults, giving each couple their own bed and bath. The location was good for sightseeing around the area. The grounds were private and well kept. We enjoyed the balcony and the outdoor areas, especially the fire pit in the evening. However, I would not give this home the highest rating because it seems to be in a state of disrepair and needs maintenance. We were alerted a few days prior to arrival that the air conditioner was not working in a few bedrooms and portables were supplied. We also had a dishwasher that was not working. There were weeds and loose boards around the pool deck, which gave the impression that the house was not well maintained. It was unfortunate that this lovely home left us with the impression that we didn't get what we had expected. With some attention to small details, this could be a high-quality option while in Princeville.

Very beautiful house with lots of open space with a great location.

Wow! This house is beautiful! It is so spacious and everything was perfectly clean. The kitchen is amazing! We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit. Communication was excellent. Check in was smooth. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for everything!
