Our original log home has been thoughtfully transformed into a beautiful mountain retreat, combining rustic charm with modern luxury.
Enjoy a fully renovated kitchen with modern appliances, beautifully updated bathrooms, spacious bedrooms featuring king and queen beds, and inviting living areas designed for spending quality time together.
Downstairs, the finished game room is a favorite gathering spot, complete with a pool table, shuffleboard, and arcade games. Whether you`re enjoying a family game night or simply unwinding, there`s something for everyone.
The Overlook | 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms
Designed to showcase the breathtaking North Georgia scenery, The Overlook is a stunning, newly constructed barndominium offering modern comforts and incredible mountain views.
Its showstopping feature is the Dream Deck, where a spectacular 20-foot folding glass door opens the living space to the outdoors. Sip your morning coffee overlooking the mountains or unwind with a glass of local wine as the sun sets.
The Dizzy Donkey | Private Honky-Tonk Hangout
One of the most unique features of Three Sisters Retreat is The Dizzy Donkey, a converted pole barn transformed into a fun, honky-tonk-inspired gathering space.
Featuring a bar area, comfortable seating, and a newly added bathroom, this one-of-a-kind space is perfect for casual evenings, conversation, and spending time with your registered guests.

We love hosting families and groups who want to enjoy our beautiful property responsibly. To protect our guests, neighbors, and ability to continue operating as a licensed vacation rental, the following policies are strictly enforced:
NO WEDDINGS, CEREMONIES, PARTIES OR EVENTS: Our county-issued short-term rental license and booking platform rules prohibit weddings, elopements, receptions, parties, and organized events of any kind. This applies regardless of the size of the gathering or whether guests are staying overnight. No exceptions.
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Every person entering the property must be included in the reservation as a registered overnight guest. Outside visitors, additional attendees, and unregistered guests are not permitted.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 20 PEOPLE: The maximum number of people allowed anywhere on the property at any time is 20, including children. This limit cannot be exceeded.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. We ask all guests to respect our peaceful mountain setting and neighboring properties.
NO EVENT BOOKINGS: Our spacious accommodations and gathering areas are intended solely for the private enjoyment of registered vacation guests and may not be used as an event venue.

HOUSE RULES:
Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. In order to accomplish this, we ask that all guests follow the house rules and confirm that you understand them entirely. By booking this property you acknowledge and agree to follow and abide by all rules and hold host harmless for any injuries or liability resulting from not following rules.
Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call/text!
- Absolutely no events or parties are allowed on the property. Only registered guests are allowed. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of booking fees.
- Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years old. No exceptions.
- We require the names and ages of all guests staying on property.
- Quiet hours are between 10PM – 8AM. Please be aware that the property is equipped with a noise monitoring system to ensure compliance. In the unfortunate event of excessive noise disruptions where guests do not comply with repeated requests to reduce noise, Guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately and will forfeit booking fees.
- No smoking inside the home. Ashtrays are provided on decks, porches and outdoor barn where smoking is allowed.
- Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and run dishwasher upon check out.
- Please stagger showers as property is on a well.
- Do not place hot pans or baking trays directly on countertops to avoid damage.
- Parking is provided on both gravel driveways and carport and is suitable for up to 10 vehicles..
- Feel free to adjust the climate and lighting to your preference, but please turn off lights when not in use.
- The fridge may be used to store food, but please throw away any perishable items before the end of your stay.
- Please do not rearrange any furniture.
- Make sure the fire pit is extinguished when done using.
- Please be sure to leave the property in the condition you found it. Management reserves the right to charge extra cleaning fees if the property is left in a condition outside of the check out instructions.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- Because this is a vacation rental community, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

Booked this for my companies Leadership Team offsite (CEO, VP's, etc). They LOVED it. The home and property is beautiful and well outfitted - it had everything we needed. And the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We're already talking about our text offsite and we just left today!

This house is amazing! We stayed there with my family and the experience was nothing short of perfection. The house is very clean and modern while the second house is more of the cabin type. We had kids staying in the cabin with all the fun things to do while the adults stayed in the modern house. They thought of every detail. My family did not want to leave. We give this place 5 stars without hesitation. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

We had a party of 13 and the houses and rooms were nice and clean. This is an amazing property, from the mountain views to the birds chirping in the morning. The landscaping and all the amenities with the house were very nice. Private gated entrances and a nice covered parking. All the rooms were exceptional in size and our grandkids enjoyed the game room. Overall very exceptional property with a great hostess who was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you Tracy. My family had a wonderful stay....

Wonderful property, the owners thought of everything to make our stay for our son’s wedding fantastic! The hosts were awesome and communication was incredible before and throughout our stay. We will be booking again! We have one child with autism and 3 other littles and it was super kid friendly!
