Bordering Tuscany and just a 15-minute drive from the highway, Villa il Sasseto is perfectly connected yet remains a tranquil retreat that offers guests a sense of peace and authenticity.
The Space
ACCOMMODATIONS

The property is accessed through an electric gate, and a very short private road leads to the outdoor parking area, which can accommodate up to 3 cars.

On the first floor is the entryway, leading to a spacious living and dining area with a charming fireplace and large French doors overlooking the garden and the porch. Adjacent to this is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a large table for breakfast or lunch indoors. To the right of the entrance, you’ll find a master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a small storage closet.

A charming internal staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find two very spacious double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower and completely separate from one another to ensure privacy.

The upper floor can also be accessed via a separate exterior entrance.

All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, personal hygiene products, and a set of towels.

The villa is equipped with heating, air conditioning in all rooms, and mosquito screens on all windows.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The outdoor areas are the highlight of the property, starting with the porch, which features a large table for enjoying meals outdoors and is accessible through the living room’s French doors. There’s also a small sitting area where you can relax, along with a professional-grade grill and a swing for the little ones.

A beautiful, lush lawn and a path lead to the stunning 9-meter-by-4-meter pool, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and featuring a seating area and a large umbrella.

The pool is open from May through September.

At the back of the villa, there is a very neat and well-maintained laundry area.

All outdoor areas are equipped with separate lighting that can be controlled via a small remote control or switches, creating a truly evocative nighttime atmosphere, especially around the pool area.
