The host was amazing! From the day I made the reservation to our arrival. He texted to make sure we arrived safe, and gave us his phone number should we need anything throughout our stay. The home is incredible! We were a party of 6 and the deal maker was for everyone to have a “real” bed- not a sofa sleeper. The home was well equipped with so many amenities to make our stay comfortable. Its location is so close to everything. We even had a 6 point deer, doe, and fawns come right up to our back porch. Quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend this home!

Great location to restaurants and shops, hot springs. Big hill to walk back to house. Host was quickest to reply of any host I have encountered and very helpful. Great place to stay.

This is a very clean home that is in a prime location in Pagosa. Neighbors are helpful and the deer come to say hello to you in the mornings! Great Spot

Very pleasant house and house!
