For our first time using VRBO couldn’t have asked for a better property or host. The amenities, location and overall experience were exactly as described, clean and easy to use. Will be booking this property again on our next trip to Houston.

We live in town and reserved Julian's property for out of town relatives to stay in for my son's graduation and to have a home base large enough to accommodate about 20 relatives hanging out during the day with 6 very comfortably stay overnight. All I can say is that everyone, aged 16-86 was very comfortable and had so much fun! Julian has pretty much thought of EVERYTHING. We particularly enjoyed the games in the garage, the giant sectional for maximum family flopping, the pool and the spa. Also, the beds were great! Julian was very responsive and kind. His place and extra care made what would have been a hectic weekend, very relaxing. Also, I am biased bc I live in the neighborhood (but in a 2/1 cottage) but the location is also great bc the Heights is lovely but also bc this property is right down the street from the best grocery store in the US - HEB!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julian's oasis. The home, pool, and amenities were everything we hoped and more and as others have said, we felt the photos do not do the place justice. We particularly appreciated the wonderful high ceilings, the spacious, well-appointed kitchen, the crazy-comfortable sectional sofa, the cozy, comfy bedrooms, the game and movie selection, the ping pong and air hockey set-up in the garage, and the state-of-the-art electronics throughout the property. I'm a pool person and I've rented lots of homes with pools in Houston, and Julian's is easily my favorite. Everything from the configuration of the yard, pool and hot tub, to the water temps, to the fun array of pool toys was just perfect. Julian really considers every single detail and was incredibly kind and communicative both before and during our stay. We'll be back for sure!!!

Great place to stay in the Heights and close to everything. Very enjoyable.
