ITC Ratnadipa, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Colombo

Prasad was really helpful every time we went out of the hotel or came into the hotel. Shehan and Lyzanne were very information and helpful who helped us with easy check-in and check-out.

The

Luxurious hotel next door to the Galle Face shopping mall. Wonderful views, beautiful breakfast and a free happy hour drinks and nibbles in the bar. As it was just an overnight stay, I didn't try the amenities but the pool looked lovely. The staff were very professional and went out of their way to be helpful.

Dear ITC Management and Team, my stay at ITC Colombo was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Devmi made check-in smooth and welcoming, and Pradeep handled my luggage efficiently and with great care. Devmi also walked me through the in-room iPad, which made things like lighting wonderfully simple. At checkout, Sheena was exceptional, warm and professional, and Devmi checked in about my plans, which I really appreciated. Having stayed at other five-star properties in Colombo, this experience stood out. For me, ITC is the clear choice in the city. Sincerely, Timothy Scott Little
