Absolutely beautiful location, spotlessly clean, very comfortable.
It’s a shame they don’t do breakfast but there are lots of good cafes right outside.

If you’re staying here then please ensure that you get a room with a view of the Tower. You can watch the evening draw in and as the crowds disappear, the square lights up and you’re submerged in history. Both the hotel and square are immaculate. The modern styling of the room still retains historical features. Inclusive of drinks in the fridge, air conditioned, stylish toiletries and a huge bed. The reception staff are professional and very helpful

Stunning location, modern & clean. Really comfortable bed.
Mainly the disinterested reception staff. More interested in smoking than providing any help with bags or information. Asked if they could book a taxi for us to the airport the following morning. They rang one contact and informed us they were all booked up!! My surprised expression (I didn’t comment) resulted in a stroppy response of “it’s not my fault!”
Had to start looking up local firms and ringing round myself to secure an early taxi for an early flight the following morning. Expected a little more assistance.
