Gentle Hide Designhotel

Everything was exceptional! It was located in the Old Town area making it very easy and convenient to go almost anywhere. Buses were within a 5 minute walk. The room was very clean and so comfortable. The air conditioner was a very welcome treat! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had lots of amenities which was a treat for us as we had been traveling for 5 weeks. We really appreciated the body lotion and hair conditioner. It is the little things. The staff was amazing! From being welcomed when we arrived until we left, we found the staff to be so helpful and personable. We loved our conversations with them! The breakfast was also outstanding! So many choices and variety every day. We would highly recommend this place to stay when in Salzburg!!

Nothing!!

Breakfast was delicious. Included breakfast had good variety, made to order eggs, fresh, fruit, veggies and juice. Location was perfect for exploring Salzburg. Right in the middle of tourist destinations. Right next to Mirabell Gardens and historic squares. Steps away from shops, restaurants and cafes. Room was QUIET despite being on a busy street. They did upgrade us to an available room higher than the original one we booked. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and had a great balcony.

All great. Suite with balcony was LOVELY- cannot comment on some of the smaller accommodations.

Welcoming receptionists, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and welcome drink.

Great central location to all the attractions in Salzburg. Boutique hotel very classy. Great breakfast. Highly recommended
