The location and potential are excellent.
The maintenance is in poor condition, only one shower. At this price, a clothes dryer is also needed.

How close it was to champs elysee, restaurants and markets. Plenty of space. Beautiful patio we wish we could have used if weather was warmer. Owner was flexible and allowed us to drop luggage early. Loved how close we were to many main places to see: Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Lourve, Orsay, and Arc de Triomphe etc
Only 1 full bathroom. 2nd half bathroom was at the top of the stairs. But did have an extra tub in master separate from full bathroom.
