The apartment was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and is in a building that is safe and secure. The building is a 75m walk to the seafront and just 15 minutes walk to the waterfront for restaurants and the shopping mall and also for sunset cruises and helicopter rides.
There is some building work going on at the moment with a bit of noise from the power tools but no work on weekends and weekday work stops at 16.00.
