Closeness to besch. Complimentary biscuits, coffee, sugar was a nice touch.

Really hard to ginc because no sign outside and no proper name. Limited info when finally someone came yo let me in. Floor needed a good sweep. Shower needed fixing at wall. Unit was below ground level with windows at street level so incredibly noisy throughout night and into morning. Lady across street sat outside from 6-10pm talking nonstop!! Needed more and better located power points. Had to turn hot water off when not using or no apparent reason.
