The open plan ground floor lounge, dining room and kitchen makes a lovely space for a big group. The extra lounge upstairs is fab for watching the sunset and the sea over the rocky beach. The whole feeling is generous, subtly styled and themed, and just a lovely space to be in. And just seconds from the beach!
It's hard to think of anything that we didn't like. The private lane / parking area is rather bumpy. The village has one pub, one small shop, one beach bar so you'll be shopping in Padstow or getting deliveries.

Beautiful property in a great location, easy access to the beach and sea pool
Lots of space in the property for us and the dogs
Enclosed secure back garden
Only tv was on the 1st floor, and as it was just the 2 of us with the dogs, we we only using the ground floor

The location is second to none, just fabulous. The house is a one minute walk to either a sandy beach or a rocky rock pool beach with a tidal pool too. Great walks to Padstow and other beaches. Very atmospheric and even has a fire place for those wet and windy days to relax by.
Some kitchen utensils have seen better days and could do with fireside tools to accompany the lovely fireplace.
