The Med’5 apartment, located on the first floor of a small villa, has a private entrance and consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large garden with a stunning ocean view, complete with a gazebo, dining table, and lounge chairs. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, and there is excellent Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work. The furnishings are simple, functional, and comfortable. Parking is available on the property. A common area is available to all guests, featuring outdoor showers and a coin-operated washing machine.
The beach is about 350 meters away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes by walking down a slope of about 200 meters (150 OF WHICH ARE STEEP) or in 5 minutes by car, which you can park near the beach.
Restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions are located in the immediate vicinity. During the summer, the resorts in the area host entertainment programs, so IT IS POSSIBLE THAT MUSIC MAY BE HEARD IN THE EVENING UNTIL MIDNIGHT.
If you’re looking for authentic local products, we’d be happy to direct you to the farmer from whom we also source our vegetables, fresh fruit, a few liters of good extra-virgin olive oil, cheeses, and cured meats. At the apartment, you’ll also find a selection of excellent wines that we’ve personally chosen for you from among the many Calabrian wineries, offering quality wines at a great price.
