The place was super clean and comfortable. We were in Lansing to celebrate my oldest's graduation. There were 7 of us. There was plenty of room for each to have his own space and a great dining room table where we all gathered to play cards. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We could even walk to Hawk Island Park. The host was super friendly. We never had a problem but he let me know multiple times that he was available if we did.

Great size and layout!

Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and when we had a minor issue the host was very quick to respond to our message.

When we walked in we appreciated the rooms in the house as we had a big group of us for a conference near by. While the host was a fantastic communicator, the condition of the stay made the house uncomfortable. The house was extremely dirty. Dead/alive bugs laying around, we found weed on the dinner table, our socks turned a different color from how dirty the floor was. We struggled sleeping due to the fact. While host was kind and did reach out to have someone clean we did not feel comfortable with all of our stuff at the house and us not there. Extremely unfortunate we were not reimbursed for the 150 cleaning fee when we did get to enjoy a clean house.
