The property manager is a third party, they rent out rooms of people that own time shares at this hotel. Some frustration with communication: I didn’t get a confirmation from the hotel after booking on Vrbo and needed to specifically ask the Vrbo host to book it (this was nine days before our stay). The host also booked the wrong room with two double beds instead of one king bed. It took four messages on consecutive days for them to fix the problem, which was stressful as it was just a few days before we got there. Also frustrating since we contacted the hotel directly and they were not aware of third parties renting these time shares, so the hotel could not help us. In the end, everything turned out ok and the property is beautiful (super clean, helpful staff, spacious and modern room), but not a great communication experience.
