This house was ideal for us, 10 adults and 3 young children. So much space. Especially the outdoors around the fire place we used a lot. Really easy to get to Ashland. Will Definitely recommend this place to others.

This is a lovely property and was perfect for our large group that was gathering for a river trip on the New Klamath River. There was tons of parking, gorgeous grounds and comfortable beds. Host was very helpful and accomodating and the place felt secure and safe. I would stay here again!

The family enjoyed the hot tub and the game room and weather behaved for us. The only suggestion we have is to have a dimmer switch in the dining room. The light fixture was too bright.
