Champs-Élysées and Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore are just a short walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Paris by hopping on a metro at either George V Station, a short 4-minute walk away, or Saint-Philippe du Roule Station, 7 minutes away.

As you settle into this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a sofa bed and a desk. Connect to the WiFi, or get cozy in front of the TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, and heating.

App't was a little smaller than I expected, but certainly more than adequate for 3 adults. Distance to Arc de Triomphe possible not as far as listed. Excellent boulangerie and small grocery store a couple of minutes down the street. The chinese restaurant (yes, even in Paris I decided to try french chinese cuisine), is absolutely wonderful.Given other properties listed, certainly great value for money if location is a major factor.

Literally steps from the Champs Elysees, but the pictures are VERY misleading. It’s basically a converted office space on the ground floor. The bathroom has water damage, and a huge part of the wall duct taped over the toilet. Zero outlets in the bathroom, so you’re blow drying your hair in the kitchen. Zero closets (the one pictured is storage for vacuum) or spaces to hang your clothing. Weird drawer full of random clothes in the dresser. The AC in the cover picture is “not allowed” to use.Check in and communication with the owner was easy, so if you can get past the other things, have at it. I would stay elsewhere next time.
