Construction across the street was a little loud, other than that, all was good.

I am giving this 5 stars because of the great communication, ease of check-in and it was modern and clean. However, take into consideration that this is a great property for a celebration for a group - bachelor/bachelorette party, etc. and deserves to be treated with respect. It is clean and nice but there is definitely wear and tear on the furniture indoors and out. Still an overall great experience for our group of young adults. Bring flip flops or sandals to enjoy the outdoor space. It is rocked for low maintenance.

This condo met all our needs. There were 6 of us. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms for each couple. It was in a relatively quiet location but there is a train track right behind the building but fortunately this didn’t bother us too much. I love that there were dark out curtains in each room. There are 5 or more units in the whole building and at least 4 of them have their own private backyard oasis as well as a shared space with bar surrounding a barbecue. There is also a sauna in the shared space, but we were not able to use it for some reason. It was in a good location to walk to Broadway - approximately 15 minutes and closer still to Printers Alley. One of our guests cannot walk too far but this location was great. The owner is very responsive. The check- and checkout process is easy.

PROS: The location was the best. Only a few blocks to Broadway. The amount of room for 8 women to sleep was also good.CONS: The advertising made it look like we were to have the whole location to ourselves. We were surprised when we got there to find out that we were sharing various outside areas with about 4 other units. Our "patio" area was very rundown and they had a "stock tank" pool that did not look like it had been cleaned at all and had large rocks in it. There was a leftover bikini top under the bed and some of the sheets on the beds had stains. There was no hot water on our third morning. I have rented many VRBO's and was very disappointed in this one from the false advertising to the cleanliness.
