We had a wonderful time at this most unique home and property! Don's and Donna's home was exceptionally clean; nicely designed and maintained; both their home and unique "village" location exceeded our expectations. The design of the home and their wonderful decorations made us feel at home. Everything one could need: utensils; pots/pans; appliances were provided. Don responded to all inquiries rapidly and helpfully which enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this special place to anyone looking for a great place to use as their base for Crystal River activities, or for simply laying back and enjoying. Thank you Don and Donna!Ron and Judy L.

Immaculate! Well-stocked...(All the comforts of home)...Had a wonderful relaxing stay!

Absolutely great place, beyond our expectations. The place was immaculate, very cozy, great amenities, and the washer/dryer was a life saver. We used some stocked items like the coffee and sweetener and were sure to leave some things for the next folks. Talked to some other owners and they were very friendly, they gave some great recommendations on where to eat and sights to see. The road out front was a great place to walk and get some steps in, if that’s your thing, and the pool was in great shape. Don was very responsive! When I messaged him, he would respond within 10-15 minutes, if not sooner. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Don!

Came up from Central Florida to do some fishing. Had a great time!
