Pros: good location, pet friendly, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, nice deck and view, nice big upstairs bathroomCons: front door lock didn't seem secure, stained and pee smelling carpet in downstairs bedroom, master bath shower drained very slow, hot tub is right in front of the road with no privacy and is on the porch of the other renter

We enjoyed our stay over spring break to go skiing. The house comfortabley accommodated my family of four plus our dog. The appliances and master shower are new and very nice. We appreciated the washer/dryer. The hot tub was great to use with stunning views of the mountains. The house is not ski-in/ski out - but close. It is a 4 min drive or a 20 min walk to the main base of the mountain. There is ample parking - so not an issue. There is also access to the Peru Express (about a 10 min walk) for more experienced skiers. The house is walking distance to a small market/liquor store and a great Mexican restaraunt.

Easy walk to the slopes. Kitchen has everything you could need. Beds are comfy.

excellent host. Place was very clean, pet friendly and well equipped.
