The Villa features a full kitchen with an eat-at island, a living room with a comfortable laz-y boy love seat sofa that can be converted into a full-sized bed, a 55-inch smart TV with an antenna for local channels, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The Villa can accommodate up to two adults comfortably, with two on the queen-sized bed. There is also a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate up to two small children. A mini-split air conditioner/heater keeps the space cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
