The house is clean and pleasant. There is very little wrong with it and the location is nice. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back and would certainly recommend the rental.
Things that could be even better - a bit picky but here they are...
The beds are a bit soft and new mattresses would be good.
The TV was pretty difficult to use and may need reconfiguring - or it might be me!
The parking is OK but not particularly user friendly and the barn is a bit dilapidated.
The walk to the woods is pretty scary as the lane is used by motorists that seem perpetually wanting to speed and seem genuinely surprised that anyone would walk along the lane. I realise there is not much the owners can do... unless it was possible to create private access via the field margin behind the properties.

Great walks from the property without needing to use the car and good pubs nearby. Enclosed garden for dogs.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The location was perfect for us, making it easy to catch up with family and friends along the south coast. The cottage itself was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals without any hassle.
It was a lovely touch to find milk in the fridge and biscuits waiting for us on arrival, as well as useful essentials like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, and body wash. Having a hairdryer provided also made things much more convenient.
The setting was beautiful, with stunning sunsets from the back garden and deer visible from the front, which made our stay feel extra special.
Overall, this was a comfortable, welcoming, and well-thought-out place to stay, and we would happily return.

Great rental in a super location. It is nice and calm but still close to Chichester. The accommodation has everything needed.
