It offers a total of four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, relaxing reception rooms, Wi-Fi, and a home office with a computer and printer, ideal for today´s international business travelers.
The finca boasts more than 3 acres of well-maintained gardens adorned with two water features and private seating areas, and at the garden´s highest point is a Mirador that offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the countryside and distant mountain ranges.
Guest accommodation includes four charming bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite shower or bath.
Bedroom 1: Positioned on the ground floor, offers direct access to the front terraces, providing picturesque views of the beautiful countryside. Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor, at the front of the house, offers breathtaking views of the Mallorcan countryside and has a 'sleigh bed', fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and a bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and bath.
Bedroom 3: This master bedroom has a spacious balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Additionally, it is equipped with air conditioning, a gas fireplace, a dressing room, and a generously sized bathroom complete with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4: situated at the rear of the house, boasts a luxurious bed, a bathroom with a shower, fitted wardrobes, and garden views. This bedroom does not have air conditioning.
