The cabin itself is beautiful, pretty clean, and in a great location. My family of 15 stayed for 4 nights and the first day the fridge was warm, and the woman who came for maintenance seemed very irritated we called in the evening. The first and second day there was NO hot water whatsoever. I called 6-7 times because I was told maintenance was notified but yet I had to call many times and keep pushing for an ETA as my entire family needed a shower. It was finally addressed and the rest of the stay was smooth sailing. It was just extremely frustrating to pay nearly 3k and not be able to have a warm shower.
