4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.
5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.
6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.
7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.
8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.
9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.
10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.
11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.
12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.
13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Location was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The stairs were a bit tricky but we had small bags so not too bad. The place was comfortable.

This was a VRBO. Room was fine. Communication was good. Three complaints.
1. Parking, don’t go there if you have vehicle. It’s very difficult. There was a parking garage I found just .2 miles from spot. The host could not give any address where to park . Just sent me apps. To find on my own. City had many roads closed to construction. Couldn’t get even close to the street. Said street parking all around. Not what I found to be accurate.
2. We only booked this because it was in the middle of our long trip. It has washer and dryer. We needed laundry. The laundry was terrible. Washer dryer in one. 6 hours. Laundry ran all night and in morning still wet.
3. No ac is ok but they tiny fan that was provided for comfort was to small. Needed better fans to move air. We were very hot all night. Windows open and there was lots of noise from workers all night.
Great location. The bar just outside of door was such a cool place. Lots of steep stairs to get to the appartment. Not a problem just plan ahead.
