The condo is in need up some major updates. Let me start with the sliding door out to the balcony. It was almost impossible to slide open. When you finally managed to slide the door to go out, the 4 chairs on the balcony did not have cushions. They were hard metal chairs and were very uncomfortable to sit on. Plus the black paint was worn off them, so they looked very old. The balcony floor was all chipped and looked terrible. When it rained the water did not drain and it was always full of puddles. The king bedroom bathroom door would make such a loud noise when sliding it over to close it. The fan was extremely loud and would wake me in the night when my husband turned it on!The kitchen tiles were chipped. The living room couches could use a replacing. There was one small coffee table but it could have used two side tables to place a drink down when sitting on the couch. The gardens outside were beautiful and the pool was very nice. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. The tiki bar at the main pool was nice and convenient and the servers were very friendly. Checkin was great. The workers at the desk were so pleasant and accommodating.
