This is a brand new home in the Summercamp Beach community and includes access to the Resort-style Clubhouse/Pool as well as two miles of private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
This brand new home features four bedrooms in the main house, each one with a queen-sized bed. There are also two pull-out sleeper sofas in the main house. The main house sleeps a total of 12.
The carriage house features one bedroom upstairs with a queen-sized bed and a game room/living room with two sleeper sofas. Six can sleep in the carriage house.
The gated resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and outdoor dining space. Free parking is available at the clubhouse if you need to transport lots of pool gear/coolers, etc.
Summercamp features two miles of private beach and over 12 beach access points. Morning walks along the community boardwalks are a must! The community includes over 750 acres of forest, wildlife habitats, marshlands and long stretches of untouched, white-sand beaches.
The surrounding areas are truly an escape from a busy life. You won't find any traffic and wait lists for restaurants. Instead, you can visit the quaint town of Carrabelle and visit our local fresh seafood market, antique shops, and restaurants. We hope you enjoy our laidback 'Old Florida' lifestyle.

This was a perfect retreat for our large family. It is an easy walk to the beach and is an easy drive to Alligator Point, Carrabelle, St. George Island and Apalachicola. When the water starts to recede in the afternoon/evening, it is wonderful to walk out and explore the sea life. We highly recommend renting a pontoon boat (over near Carrabelle) and heading to Shell Island (I think it’s actually called Little St George). We used Pirate Cove Pontoon Rentals but there are several in the area that all seem good.

We loved our getaway! There was so much room so we didn’t feel crowded with 10 people. The pool was lovely with lots of stairs in the shallow end for the young ones. The beach that we walked to was always quiet and there was plenty of exploring for our young boys. We would recommend staying here!

The house has plenty of room for our family. It was very clean. Th we e as one small issue but the owner corrected it with in a few hours.
