We really enjoyed our recent stay in this adorable property. We knew it would be cozy for our family of 4 - our 'kids' are 18 and 20, and both around 6 feet tall, so we were all full-grown adults. My husband and I took the futon to allow the kids more room with the larger bed, and I have to admit the futon was VERY comfortable. The host was very responsive, and the property was clean and in a fantastic location. Very close to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops on Abbott Kinney. Parking was convenient too. We really enjoyed our stay!

We went on a girls trip here and it was an amazing stay. The area was super great and we were right by an Erwhon!!!! I would definitely stay here again and the host was super communicative. Super clean place and really homey.

Perfect for our long LA weekend. House was a 4-5 minute walk from the main Abbot Kinney stretch. The futon was made up into a bed for our third guest when we arrived, and the host kindly checked in to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely book again when I’m next in LA!

Communication was excellent, especially since I messed up the dates I needed. Instructions were excellent. Location was also excellent as it is walkable to the beach and the many restaurants on Abbott Kinney. The pictures did not match reality. It's a pretty old bungalow.
