Casa Savoia

Tutto buonissimo e pulito.

In generale, tutto è andato bene.

It was excellent. Exactly like in photos. The host was really nice and helpful. Entrance easy to find. Really modern looking.

A little bit small for 4, but it was great. Nothing else to complain about.

Nagyon jó helyen található. Közel a reptér, a belváros és a metró is. A közelben éttermek és boltok vannak. A szállás tiszta, szép, és könnyű a kommunikáció is a szállásadóval. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek aki Nápolyba szeretne utazni

Nem volt ilyen

Host did book a taxi for us to airport.

The host’s sudden cancellation of our reservation after we checked in the hotel. In fact, we stay here for 3 nights and booking.com said the host is not reply their message about this fake cancellation. While this apartment is newly decorated, our stay was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Despite booking a non-smoking unit, there was a persistent and heavy smell of smoke in the bathroom. Additionally, the hot water supply is extremely limited; as a family of four, we found it impossible for everyone to shower comfortably. The location is quite far from the centre.
