The location was excellent. We did not have a car but made use of the very good bus services which took us to Grasse, Cannes and along the coast as well as down to the local village although the latter was easily walkable.
The flats were very safe and secure.
We had a few questions when we arrived but these were answered very promptly by the hostess
Very little on the downside. Perhaps more comfortable seating on the terrace in addition to the hanging chair.
