Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Russells Point at Indian Lake

It was very nice! I loved the tall chairs. So unique! I especially like the hallway fountain to fill your cup! So convenient! Our room was very clean! Both the beds and the pillows were very comfortable! The breakfast was above what we expected! Hot, yummy and a great variety! The “breakfast ladies” were so accommodating and very sweet! We have no complaints whatsoever! We were there for our grandson’s wedding and we could have walked to the church! So convenient! Thank you for having kind staff and a wonderful place to stay!

I can’t think of a thing to complain about!

I like the location. It was only a 3 minute drive from my friend’s lake house. I love the staff. Mary at the front office is very friendly and helpful. I had called up a few days earlier to request for an early check in and she made it happened. Kudos to housekeeping for a very clean room. There were plenty of towels and pillows for our room. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Although it’s a small menu, food was tasty. We all liked the quality of the sausage links, the sausage & gravy plus the waffle maker. Keep up the good work, everyone!

Great location, clean

The hotel appeared clean in terms of the floors, bathrooms, beds. The staff was friendly.

The water temps for the shower and the sink were luke warm at best. The staff stated they were aware and had been having issues for several days but hadn't called anyone in to fix it yet. I wonder how they were properly washing dishes, doing laundry, or washing their hands before prepping breakfast without hot water!? Speaking of breakfast... The hotel was accommodating multiple wrestling teams at the same time and even though they knew in advance, they were not prepared with food in the morning. No pancake mix for waffles, ran out of syrup, had no sausage patties, did have a pan of gravy but no biscuits, coffee was empty, juice machine wasn't working, eggs had a green tint... shall I go on? Also, our total per our paper receipt and our Booking.com payment amount were matching, but when the charge came through on my card it was approximately $20 more than I should have been charged. I'm still trying to figure this one out!
