The order of the place and how well and clean it was.
Good attention as well.
Everything was good

The location was great. The apartment had lots of room. The tenants upstairs were actually pretty quiet at night and in the morning--always a worry with a basement apartment. The place was clean and it had all the amenities you need for a night's stay. We had such a busy weekend, we basically just slept here.
Double bed could have been a tad more comfortable. I had a couple funny quirks, as does every place.

It was nice and clean . It's location was very convenient . I will definitely book it again in the future
The bed was very uncomfortable

Although the host was there and responded when I had questions, the actual apartment is not cozy at all. Random furniture (why is there a bar but no dining table?), awful lighting and barebones kitchen accessories.
