We have been to St. Augustine several times, but not staying near the beach. The Sweetwater Sunrise was the perfect house for my family. We were steps away from the beach where we took early morning walks hunting shells with the grandkids and then daytime beach fun. The house is located in a great spot, 4 miles away from Old St. Augustine and any other eating or shopping place. We were able to participate in many of the fun activities in Old St. Augustine from the Ghost Tour, Trolley Ride, to museums, and churches. Shopping was an adventure for the teenage grandkids. There is a Publix about a mile away which is very convenient. The owners were very responsive through texting to any question or issue that I might have. That alone deserves 5 stars. They also delivered a very nice gift to the front door. The house is really laid out well. The pool was very nice and overall we had a wonderful week at Sweetwater Sunrise. I highly recommend it.

Awesome spot, easy booking process, smooth throughout. Having a private pool is a game changer, plus you can walk to the beach and lots of different restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Place itself is new, immaculately clean, plenty of space for our group of 10 adults and 2 kids. My fam wants to come back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is gorgeous, so close to the beach and many restaurants

A great stay that is steps away from the beach in St. Augustine, FL. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Flagler College. the beach house was perfect and a very short distance from the amphitheater. Very spacious and great set up for our group of nine. We wish we had more time to use the amenities. Highly recommend!
